Our Story
Where we come from
Where it started
We met working at Despegar, building its loyalty program Pasaporte Despegar. Two product management professionals who shared a belief that the best technology decisions come from deeply understanding the business problem first.

Building with no-code
Separately, we started building internal tools for personal projects and side businesses. We saw firsthand how non-developers could automate entire workflows, and how most companies had no idea it was possible.
Ambolt is born
We founded Ambolt on a shared bet: AI would reshape how companies think about software. The gap between what was becoming possible and what companies were actually doing was enormous, and growing every day.
Learning what the market needed
But we were too early. Most companies had heard about AI, tried ChatGPT a few times, but didn't know what was truly possible. The technology was ready. The market wasn't. For real adoption, companies needed a clear picture of where AI fits and what impact it could have.
A new approach
We changed how we tackle your problems. We built an AI-powered assessment that detects adoption opportunities across an organization and quantifies their business impact. Instead of asking companies to imagine what AI could do, we show them.

You're tech-savvy. Not necessarily an engineer, but you understand systems, data, and what's possible with current tools.
Valued background: Economics, finance, engineering, or business degrees. Startup + corporate experience.
Full Stack Product Builders
Not limited by any single technology. Comfortable shipping a POC on Monday, talking to a customer on Tuesday, and researching a new framework on Wednesday.
You've built AI-powered products before. Not just prompts, but systems that work in production.
You're curious, creative, and fast. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than plan something perfect and wait.
You pick up new tools quickly because you understand the fundamentals underneath them. Frameworks change; problem-solving doesn't.
Valued background: Engineering or computer science background. Experience across frontend, backend, and AI/ML.
